Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 15-day trial doesn't require card details, and you can cancel anytime.
I have multiple halls/locations — can I manage them from one account?
Yes. You manage every hall from a single account, each with its own floor plan, table categories and team. How many halls you can open depends on your plan — see the pricing page for current limits.
How do reservations get into the system?
Right now your team creates reservations from the dashboard, directly on the floor plan: pick a table, enter the guest and party size. You can also send guests the event's live floor plan link: they see open tables in real time and request the one they want on WhatsApp in a single tap. A booking page where guests complete the reservation themselves is coming soon.
Can I close a table for just one event?
Yes. Tap the table on the reservation screen and choose "Close this table for this event"; other events are unaffected. To close a table under maintenance for every event, use the floor plan designer. Closed tables appear booked to guests.
How do I share the Instagram story image?
On the reservation screen, open the "Copy floor plan" menu and choose Instagram story. On a phone the share sheet opens so you can post it as a story; on a computer you preview and download it. If the live link is on, it is copied so you can paste it as a link sticker.
Is my data secure?
All data travels over an encrypted connection and is stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime as your business grows.
